What are the store opening times?
Opening times vary across our various shops. Please visit the store page for your local store for more information.
Are you planning to open a store near me? 
We announce our new locations on our social media first - follow us to be kept in the loop! 
Can you deliver to my home address? 
We offer local delivery on our larger items - please contact your local store to arrange. There is a delivery charge applicable for such orders.
Can I buy online? 
Not at this time! We are working to return our website offering in the near future, follow our social media channels for an update on this. 
Can I pay with cash in your stores? 
Most Magical Story locations are cashless. We made this decision due to a number of factors, namely the increasing challenges and costs involved with handling cash following the pandemic. This was not a decision we have taken lightly. We have seen widespread closures of banks (and reductions in opening hours) in many towns we operate in, which has made banking & accessing change far more challenging for us. Insurance costs have also proven exceptionally high for storing cash on-site, and of course the security & safety of our staff is paramount to us; handling cash increases risks to our staff. 
We are very happy to reserve items for you to collect at a later stage should you not be able to pay with a card during your first visit. 
All of our stores accept card payments, as well as Android & Apply Pay.
